The building is 27000 square foot on grade. The project consists of construction of a five story office
building. The structure is supported with structural steel members with maximum column loads of 867
kips. 200 kips augered cast in place piles have been determined to be the most suitable foundation
system. All piles were installed by Berkel & Company Contractors, Inc.
